Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vexill mobile application ("Vexill", the "App") provided by DACCAA Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Vexill is not directed to children. By using the App, you represent that you are legally able to accept these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, you should use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store’s rules.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reverse-engineer or copy it, or use it in a way that violates any applicable law.

4. Offline Capability and Data

Vexill is designed to work offline. The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal data. If you enable Apple diagnostics sharing, Apple may provide us with crash reports or performance data; you can control that in your device settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content, design, and trademarks, belong to DACCAA Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless we give you written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Apple’s services (such as the App Store and optional diagnostics). Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DACCAA Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
